Simply Does Not Work! : Lisle 20130 Magnetic Glove Dispenser
I read the 7 reviews before me and bought with confidence. Considering the magnets don't even work well enough to hold the weight of the item, let alone a box full of gloves this product is almost completely useless. I'm guessing I'm the first bad review because the manufacturer has changed to weaker magnets recently. On the back there are 2 magnet strips, like the kind you buy in a roll and cut to length with sticky backing. Well, wrong choice! It amazes me that whomever thought this was a good idea to use different magnets didn't even bother to test the new magnet choice! I tried it on my standup tool chest and the refrigerator, neither worked. I would guess whomever changed the magnets knew they didn't work and didn't care which ticks me off. Thanks for wasting my time.
Buyer beware, this product in it's current form simply does not work.
It does have screw holes on the back to mount to the wall but since the first word in the title is "Magnetic" it ceases to serve it's purpose in my mind. I returned this and bought the one from Harbor Freight. It has MUCH thicker magnets that hold very tight. With their 20% off coupon online it ended up being cheaper than Amazon too.
